Frequently Asked Questions
Q: How long will it take for our photos to get back?
A: For anything other than weddings, within 2-4 weeks and weddings/elopements within 6-8 weeks.
Q: What if we need to cancel or reschedule?
A: If needing to cancel the retainer will not be refunded. If needing to reschedule, I must be notified within 3 days or a new retainer fee will be required to rebook. I am in no way trying to get more money from you or sound unempathetic and understand things can happen last minute but am expecting that money to take care of my family/bills and have more than likely turned a client away for your original date. More info will be outlined in the contract I send you when booking.
Q: Is a travel fee included?
A: For anything within an hour of DFW it is included in the price. Anything over or out of state/country will require travel fees, just depending on location.
Q: Can I get the RAW (unedited) images?
A: No. They are not an accurate representation of my work so are unfortunately not available to you.
Q: Do I need to pay a retainer?
A: Yes. a $100 nonrefundable retainer for all general sessions is due to book and is applied to the total, the remaining balance is due 24 hours prior to shoot. Weddings/ Elopements require a 30% non refundable retainer due to book, applied to total as well and with the remaining balance being due 2 weeks prior.
Q: Do you offer payment plans?
A: Absolutely! a normal retainer is required to book but however needing to split payments up we can definitely make do, I just ask that it is all paid off 24 hours prior to shoot for general sessions and 2 weeks prior for weddings/ elopements.
Q: Do you travel?
A: ALWAYS! anywhere for you boo. Travel fees will apply but I will be wherever you want me to be!
